Returns

theayurvedicureapillscompany.com offers its customers a convenient return policy for items that are 14 days of receipt of the package and that have not been opened, altered, cut, or unsealed. To request a refund, please complete the following steps:

  1. Please send an email to theayurvedicureapillscompany@gmail.com with your order number and the number of bottles you want to return.

  2. theayurvedicureapillscompany.com will confirm the return request via email. Please wait for this request confirmation before returning any items.

  3. Once you have received our request confirmation, then copy, paste and fill out the "Model Cancellation Form" at the bottom of the Terms & Conditions page HERE.

  4. Include your completed "Model Cancellation Form" with your package.

  5. Carefully pack the goods in the condition they were received and use a tracked and insured delivery service to send the goods back to us. Please send the goods back to:- The Ayurvedic Urea Pills Company, 2001 N Hunt St, Terre Haute, IN 47805, United States.

  6. Once theayurvedicureapillscompany.com has received the product, the return will be processed within 10-14 business days, and a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.

 

No refunds are issued for damaged, opened, or altered products.

All international orders are final sales and are not eligible for return except for wrong orders received.

If you request to return the product prior to receiving it, we will reach out to our fulfilment team and do our best to cancel the order. If the order has already been shipped, you may request to return it as identified above using the "Model Cancellation Form"(within the US). Any request to return a product prior to receiving it will be subject to a ten per cent (10%) processing fee. 

If you think you received a defective or incomplete Ayurvedic Urea bottle/s, please reach out to us at theayurvedicureapillscompany@gmail.com, and we would be happy to process a replacement/s for you.

12-Month Money Back Guarantee Policy

To be eligible for the 12-month money-back guarantee, the user must have started taking Ayurvedic Urea Pills between ages 12 and below 40 years old and have used them for 12 continuous months. A doctor's note will be required to provide height measurements before and after use and proof of purchase of a twelve-month supply of theayurvedicureapillscompany.com products. If the user does not grow at least one to three inches and the proper documents are provided, a refund will be processed. Standard processing times are 10-14 business days.
