SHIP METHODS 

We have the following shipping options available: 

SHIPPING TIMES

  • Standard 3-5 working days (United States)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES

  • Standard Shipping usually takes 15-25 working days respectively. Some shipments can take 30-40 working days depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service, how remote or how serviceable your location is, as well as how the Customs operates in your country.

We ship our products to nearly 190 countries around the world.

Here are some countries outside the USA that we can ship to:

Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Italy, Israel, Ireland, India, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Romania, Switzerland, Singapore, Slovakia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Sweden, Turkey, UK, UAE, Vietnam and other countries.

Please note shipping time frames do not include processing time. Orders will be delivered based on the option chosen once the order has been processed and prepared by our facility. Orders are only delivered Monday - Saturday and on Sundays in some cities with Sunday shipping.

Customs Charges 

Customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot control these charges and cannot tell you the cost, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To ensure there aren't any surprise charges upon arrival to your country, you can contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

SHIPMENT TRACKING 

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail, which will include a tracking code. 

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS 

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
